Old version of bookbinder.js

I'm trying to print a folio out using the old version and it keeps bugging out, page numbers aren't available and whenever I try to generate my book it gives me a weird loop around download.

So the old version is effectively unmaintained, and won't be getting bugfixes - if you need folio page rotation, can you try https://momijizukamori.github.io/bookbinder-js/pr-preview/pr-111/ this version? It should fix the page rotation issue in the 'new' codebase.

If you don't need the page rotation, you can actually use the regular version, I realize looking at it right now that the warning is confusingly worded.
