How to arrange PDF so sheet is rotated 90 CCW and the right side of the page is blank, and double sided?

Basically I want page 1 and 2 of the PDF to be on the front and back of a standard US letter page, then rotate it so the page takes up 50% of the page when its landscape, so that I can read the content on the left, and have it blank on the right so i can take notes.

there's no way to process a PDF in with this tool (bookbinder-js) and have a single result PDF page -> single sheet of paper (full letter) - every result sheet of paper has at least 1 fold in it with this tool

Don't rotate the PDF page, but enter the value 792x612 for paper size and select Single

PDF Positioning -> snug against spine, centered vertically

I'm not doing test prints so I'm not quite sure if it works the way you want, but it gets you closer (I think? if I understand ask?)

You could do it in this tool but you'd have to add the blank pages for your notes in your original document - basically, 1 'title' page (can be blank if you want), a blank page, first document page, another blank page, second document page, etc. Ideally this document would be set at half-letter size to start, though if all you've got is a letter-sized pdf, it'll scale down okay, the margins will just be a little different.

Unfortunately I can't give you advice on how to go about inserting the blank pages, particularly as it depends on what format you're working in.
