Pretty common problem - if installer located in one of a environment windows folder as a downloads for example - it can't find a .7z file (suggest to download) nor can't install from it if you even select it in file picker dialog. It starts to check archive and throws not found errors on all files. Seems like script takes path (somewhere in system?) in English "downloads" and convert it to literal path meanwhile in any non-English language Windows have different name of that folders (translated word of downloads, documents, videos, etc).
It simply fixes by replacing install folder to another (shorter) place for example just C:\Medicat .
I suppose you at least should mention it in Readme or somewhere else.
