Newer version of wolfy87-eventemitter than ddp.js #107

As at 2.0.3, Asteroid depends on wolfy87-eventemitter ^5.1.0. ddp.js depends on ^4.3.0. Under their applicable lib folders both libraries require("wolfy87-eventemitter"). Will Asteroid still work? (Am having trouble converting to AMD).
