Minor: Broken links or broken anchor for "How to change Wallet restore height" #200

For monero-GUI-guide.md there are two broken links to the anchor for the "How to change Wallet restore height / Wrong or zero balance after synchronizing" topic:

  • The link in the TOC

  • The link within the Common issues and solutions section

The problem is (the lack of) an extra hyphen before "wrong", such as restore-height--wrong-or-zero in the anchor that is not seen in the links.
