Add changelog

It is hard to keep tracks of website changes unless you are following all PR merges. A changelog will make it easier to follow them and for everyone that are not familiar with Github.

changelog can be:
Could be a release on Github, mini blog post and social media post

Yes, why not? like keeping track of whether blogs were posts, guides update, or exchanges/wallets added/ removed.
