Plans to update Mono/Skia?

Hey all.

I'm new to this project and just trying to figure out how it's all glued together. I was just wondering if there were plans to update the Mono/Skia fork as it's quite a number of years behind now and I'm just wondering what security patches we might be missing. This may already have been accounted for, so please just let me know :)
