How to use it?

Hi,

I didn't manage to make this plugin works.

I don't understand how I can specify that a Shipping Delivery Method is a "Coliship" one.

Also, how is the API connected? I didn't find any input asking for contract number and API key.

Can you provide some explanation please? I will provide screenshots for future users.
