editmode course edit the sectiontitles

Describe the bug
When a teacher views the course in ‘Edit’ mode, the pencil icon next to the section title is missing. It can only be found next to the activities. To edit the section title, you must switch to the section settings. In Moodle's Boost theme, however, the pencil icon can be found.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'a course'
2. Click on 'edit button'
3. Scroll down to 'a section title'
4. See error '...there is no pencil beside the section title'

Expected behavior
There is a pencil beside the section title and a teacher can edit the title immediately

thanks for your issue. We are not able to reproduce this behaviour.
Can you reproduce it in a clean moodle + boost union environment?
