Smartmenu drawer issues with activated top menubar and footerbar

Using smartmenus you can create a top menubar as well as a footer bar at the same time, like this:

Now, i found multiple issue with this:

• pressing the block drawer (B) or message drawer button (C) opens drawers with hidden content at bottom like in Smart Menu location 'Menu bar' prevents bottom item in course index from displaying #879

• pressing the course index button (A) results in inaccesible controls for course index,
  and hidden content like in Smart Menu location 'Menu bar' prevents bottom item in course index from displaying #879

Pressing More button (D) in bottom navigation show the fist entry „Home“ is hidden:
