Add a setting to completely disable gamepad input

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. I have a gamepad I use for playing one specific game on my client PC. I use the gamepad for absolutely nothing else, and I NEVER want the gamepad to interact with moonlight at all under ANY circumstance. This means that for me to play that other game I have to remember to close moonlight completely before playing if it's open. Otherwise the gamepad will go through all the other settings and randomly change everything which is EXTREMELY annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like
Just make it possible for me to say "Do not use gamepad input for anything ever no matter what until I disable this option" feel free to have this off by default and I'll be able to solve my problem without affecting anyone else's behavior.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Uninstalling moonlight and never using this project ever again.

It's so strange for me that my gamepad settings are literally all turned off

indicating that I don't want my gamepad to interact with moonlight (imo) and yet the gamepad will randomly open links because it goes to the discord button or the github button and modify all of my clients' settings sometimes without me even realizing so the next time I go to actually connect to the host PC everything is completely messed up. All just because I have to use my PC different to how I use it for everything else for this one strange inconvenience.
