Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be nice if you could add support for the XDG spec so that MOON_HOME can be defined to move the home directory .moon/ folder out of the way of cluttering the home directory.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide MOON_HOME environment variable option for installing .moon/ files to ~/.local/share/moon for example
