[feature] option to restart task on file changes #2150
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The possibility to specify to hot-reload or rerun the local task if inputs have changed. Example use case would be if a user installed a dependency to package.json and that is being included in inputs to automatically restart the task.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Watchman + custom script or some other file watching tool.
