Matching on namespace and track name

Section 2.1: Since the match is not being performed against a URI, no normalization is performed and the matches are performed against the entire string.

The namespace and track name are not strings, they are byte sequences. In addition I think you need to clarify the point of matching full elements of the name space. I guess matching the number of bytes for the prefix do works as long as this is full elements then whole byte sequence match will match.
