Description
The solution will specify a simple method of
authentication to access media, as well as a mechanism for carrying
information enabling additional decryption of media payloads where
required.
This sentence has two pieces, but it has two parts. The first part might be reasonable, I don't know (if this is ingest, it makes no sense). The second part seems almost unrelated to the first part, so I don't know why it would be in the same sentence, let alone the same paragraph.
