Need a standard way to pass an access token to the player

moq-wg/CAT-4-MOQT#21 removed the section concerning adding CAT tokens to URLS, indicating that this should be defined by the relevant streaming formats, such as WARP. It does define a standard means of serializing the token data (as base64 string).

For WARP then, we should define a standard way of adding the base64 token to the connection string (see #60)

The simplest way to do this would be to define a standard queryarg, such as "warptoken"

What if we have multiple tokens (auth token, ad token, watermark token)?

I'd say that we could repeat the same warptoken key as many times as the number of tokens.
