[cosmetic] [breaking lot of stuff] cleanup properties names

It sould be nice, not necessary, to have all properties lower_case_with_underscores.
And with explicit words, no shortcuts.
... It would break a lot of builder scripts.

Capitalized_Words_With_Underscores is ugly!

Please do not break working code, only for cosmetic reason. It is relatively ugly, but it is not really Python variable, so we do not care too much about PEP 008. The variable manipulated in sensors/actuators normally match Python standards

Well, I agree but at least one is not completely intern, and

camera.properties( Vertical_Flip = True )

hurts my eyes!

... I know, I did introduce this property, but I tried to follow what I thought was some kind of convention looking at the other properties Xxx_Tag, so they are missleading.

I would be in favor of all_lower_case (or at least some consistent convention) there...
But since it would break lot's of stuff, changing existing (and often used) ones should probably only be done if there is some sort of (transitional) automatic renaming and deprecation warnings...
In light of that I'm not sure if it's worth the effort...

After some thinking early this morning, it may be not too hard to handle it, at the level of add_property / update_properties. Through, it is too late for 1.2. But I will reopen and see what I can do for 1.3.
