Open a notification when there is not connection

Scenario
There are notifications available

Steps
Disable data connection
Open a notification
On the network error dialog that appears tap on ok

Actual
The POI view shows white screen with the spinner trying to load. Please that here:

Expected
Once user taps on ok on network error dialog IMHO user should be presente with a no connection screen or taken back to main view, something but not to a screen where it seems something is loading
