Incorrect closing of tabs after a specific scenario

Steps to reproduce

1. Install FF.
2. Open some normal tabs and some private tabs.
3. While on private tab tray, tap on close all tabs and immediately on “tabs”.
4. Observe both normal and private tab trays.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 but close the normal tabs.

Actual Result:

The tabs from the other tab tray are closed instead of the ones from the tab tray where the close all button is tapped.

Expected Result:

The tabs from the tab tray where ” close all button” is tapped are closed.
