This one is confusing.

It affects Fenix too; so it's likely to happen in CrashReporter.submitReport() - so likely in SentryService or MozillaSocorroService. I was guessing MozillaSocorroService since that uses HttpUrlConnection and we saw that sometimes throw ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException from its internals. However all those places seem to catch generic exceptions already.

This seems to be happening only on Amazon devices, which are not terribly important for Fenix, so lets make this a P2.
