Add "copy access token" button somewhere in the ship it UI

It is sometimes necessary to make manual requests to the ship it admin API. In cases like this, it would be helpful to make it easier to pull an access token out of the UI (it's possible now - but requires digging around in Local Storage).

This is something we already have implemented in Balrog, so it should be fairly straightforward to copy over here
