[Home] Using the pagination buttons in one section resets the pages in all other sections

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the Experimenter Home page.
2. Click the "Next" button from the "Draft or Preview" section a few times.
3. Click the "Next" button from the "Deliveries ready for attention" section.
4. Observe the "Draft or Preview" section's page.

[Expected result]:

• The "Draft or Preview" section's page remains unchanged.

[Actual result]:

• The "Draft or Preview" section is reset to the first page.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible using either the "Draft or Preview" or "Deliveries ready for attention" sections.
