[Home] "My Deliveries" filter menu jumps up before disappearing after selecting an option

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the Experimenter Home page.
2. Scroll down to the "My Deliveries" section and click the "Application" filter.
3. Check any of the applications from the list and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The application is selected and the deliveries are filtered.

[Actual result]:

• The list of applications jumps up or down before disappearing.

[Notes]:

• The issue is also reproducible using all the filters on the page.
