[Home] The "Date" tooltip remains stuck when sorting by Date

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the Experimenter Home page.
2. Scroll down to the "My Deliveries" section and sort the list by "Date".
3. Click the button multiple times and observe the behavior

[Expected result]:

• The list of deliveries is sorted by date each time.

[Actual result]:

• The Date tooltip remains stuck and a new one is added every time the button is clicked.

[Notes]:

• Scrolling on the page causes the tooltip to shift to the top of the page.
• Refreshing the page clears the stack of tooltips.
