[Home] The "Date" filter cannot be removed without resetting the filters

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the Experimenter Home page.
2. Scroll down to the "My Deliveries" section and choose any date range from the "Date" filter.
3. Reopen the "Date" filter and remove the date.

[Expected result]:

• The date range is removed and the list of deliveries is filtered.

[Actual result]:

• The date range cannot be removed without resetting all applied filters.

[Notes]:

• The "Date" filter is the only one where elements can be added/removed at will.
