No errors are displayed when cloning a delivery with a name that exceeds the max number of characters

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Create a new delivery with a title of 80 characters and save it.
2. Click the clone button and do not edit the Public Name.
3. Click the Save button and observe the page.

[Expected result]:

• The clone is not created, and an error is displayed that the Public Name is too long.

[Actual result]:

• The clone is not created, but no error is displayed.

[Notes]:

• Cloning adds the " Copy" string at the end of the Public Name, making it longer than the 80 char limit.
• A public name size error is displayed when creating a new delivery, but not when cloning one.
