Line breaking on individual characters in button text for Chinese / Japanese / Korean in settings

Description

Certain buttons are displaying only one character per line in the settings page in double-byte character languages (Chinese / Japanese / Korean)

Steps to reproduce

1. Set your preferred website language preference to Japanese (or Korean / Chinese)
2. Visit the account settings page
3. Observe (only certain) buttons have text breaking lines on each character. (see screenshots below)

Expected result

Button text should be displaying on a single line.

Actual result

Button text is breaking lines on each character.

Also not sure if this is related or not - but for Japanese there's also undesirable line-breaking for the Cancel button (which is 5 double-byte characters):
