The column of time/datestamps need a label/title to clarify their meaning, in the Connected Services section of settings #16069

Description

The "Connected Services" section at https://accounts.firefox.com/settings has a column of timestamps, but it doesn't tell you what those timestamps are for. I think they're "last access" dates, but they could also be misinterpreted as "first access" i.e. when-did-this-device-authenticate.

We should make the meaning clearer somehow.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign in to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings with a Mozilla account that has various services connected (e.g. Sync on one or more devices)
  2. Click the "Connected Services" entry on the left (or scroll down to Connected Services).

Expected result

The time/datestamps ("3 hours ago" up through "2 years ago" for me) should include context about what they mean; was that when that device was first authenticated, or last used, or something else?

Actual result

No context is provided for the time/datestampm.

Environment

Firefox 121.0a1 (2023-11-09) (64-bit) on Ubuntu 22.04
