Note removals don't get synced with websites

1 Remove a note from an existing release notes page

ER:
Websites are updated from Nucleus.

AR:
Websites are not updated. A workaround is to re-save the release notes page to force the sync.
This can be annoying when we want to remove a note rapidly on a release notes page as we need to remember that workaround which is mostly tribal knowledge.

The right fix would be to have the removal of a note trigger the sync. But having the workaround documented in the Nucleus UI, maybe as a warning on top of the notes or as a tooltip on the Remove button for a note would make be an acceptable solution.

FYI the note itself is correctly removed in the exposed nucleus JSON. However the release's modified timestamp is NOT updated at that point, so downstream consumers like @mozilla/release-notes may not update the actual release data if that timestamp has already been processed in past.
