User stats (as shown on the Contributors pages, Profile page, Translation Authors filter, etc.) are calculated on the fly from the Translation table. We should use ActionLog table instead, which doesn't lose attribution data when translations are removed.

Update: with #2196 fixed in #3299, this is now unblocked.
