Add to the logic of the configure_cloudtrail_to_use_mozilla_secure_storage.json cloud-init something to schedule the deletion of the stack after successful completion of the deploy_cloudtrail_cloudformations run.

The AWS::StackId variable would be needed in the stack to tell the self-destructor which stack to destroy. http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/pseudo-parameter-reference.html
