\mpilaunch noch hyperref-enabled

Problem

For MPI 5.0 the PDF contains hyperlinks of constants and functions to their main definition. This was not done for \mpilaunch.

Proposal

Add hyperlinks for mpiexec/mpirun back to main definitions

Changes to the Text

Only hyperlinks, no text changes.
