Evolution section has some problems

• Evolutionary lines are ordered by Pokédex number, instead of real line. This means that instead of showing Magby - Magmar - Magmortar, the app shows Magmar - Magby - Magmortar
• It would be nice to see how to evolve a Pokémon (e.g. Bulbasaur into Ivysaur by level 16, Eevee into Jolteon by thunder stone, ...)
• Bifurcating evolutionary lines are not supported. I suppose your app should see that the line is bifurcated
