Getting ImportError on PyTorch

ImportError: /Projects/ztm-pytorch-course/env/lib/python3.10/site-packages/torch/lib/libtorch_cpu.so: undefined symbol: iJIT_NotifyEvent, while following up the instructions on page: https://github.com/mrdbourke/pytorch-deep-learning/blob/main/SETUP.md. Could someone help me out with this, please?

This is so you can set it up locally
Oh that version of pytorch and python is ancient. I can help you, as i have ran into problems which i found fixes for! Ok, now i will tell you how to set up PyTorch locally!
Step 1: Download conda (Miniconda or Anaconda, both work):
download anaconda from this website:
--> https://www.anaconda.com/download Miniconda is a lighter version of Anaconda I, recomend Anaconda as it has more libraries and flexibility

Step 2: Setting up a conda environment:
Open conda prompt and do conda create --name <Your_enviroment_name> python=3.12.12 You need python 3.12.12 as it is more stable with PyTorch and more supported.

Step 3: Downloading PyTorch:
Do conda activate <Your_environment> to well.. Activate it! You need to do this if u want to manage your environment, use it, and code with it. So activate it every time you want to code or install libraries RELATED to It.
Now you need to download PyTorch, enter this command: conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio pytorch-cuda=12.1 -c pytorch -c nvidia (this installs the Cuda 12.1 toolkit as this is the most stable) This also installs torchvision and torchaudio but if u want cpu-only, Im here!

Acknowledgements:
This combination is the most stable while being the latest judging by my own experience. Also, if you are using the IDE PyCharm it gets kinda glitchy when in the creating process, But don't worry, I know the fixes! (It's a one-time thing.)
And please dont try downloading python 3.12.12, It installs it automatically when setting up the conda enviroment.
