Issue statuses box does not work

The helper dialog box reporting issue status description is rendered inline instead as popup when requested:

Expected behavior: showing a popup on info icon click:

I also encountered this issue with the latest version, does the author seem to have not maintained this project? Is there any other expert who has modified this issue?
