Footnotes are not rendered as footnotes, but instead appear as normal text.

Lorum ipsum dolor sit amet.footnote:[This is a footnote, but it appears as normal text unfortunately.]

Footnotes should appear numbered in the bottom margin of the page. It should be possible with Paged.js I suspect.
