Using this plugin does indeed enable the Mac space key preview, but an error occurs during synchronization. Is it possible not to sync the settings of this plugin? I only have one Mac, and the rest of my computers are Windows, so I don't need to sync this plugin.

I am not aware of the syncing issue. Would you ask the developers directly?

Would it be possible to adjust QuickLook so that it is compatible with Zotero 7? The other plugin seems to have more intricate features, but I find QuickLook to be more to my liking.

Does it still work on Zotero 7? I tried, but failed.
