Thanks for the report @GrahamGrecian, looks like it might be this issue: mu-editor/mu#2453

Could you delete the C:\Users\graha\My PC (DESKTOP-G16HIR5)\Downloads\code.py file and try again?

This is similar to #586, but with a different file, so both will need to be deleted.
