At each reboot the iphonedetect integration disappears and its entities all become "not provided"

Two weeks ago I switched from iphonedetect 1.4.2 with yaml configuration to iphonedetect 2.4.1 with UI configuration
At that time HA Core was 2024.4.4 version.

The procedure via UI worked but I noticed that at every reboot the entities are no longer provided by iphone detect.
In particular, if I click on one of the entities I get this error "This entity is no longer provided by the iphonedetect integration. If the entity is no longer used, delete it in the settings".

Furthermore iphonedetect disappears from the integrations page.
It's as if at every reboot, the integration is deleted.

So every time I reboot I am forced to redo the configuration via UI.

I also tried to delete the integration, restart HA OS, reinstall iphone detect and reconfigure it but at every reboot the problem described occurs again

After a few days I made another attempt:

• I deleted the entities created with iphone detect;
• I removed the iphonedetect integration;
• I rebooted my RaspberryPi 4b;
• After the reboot I installed the iphonedetect integration again;
• I restarted HassOS (no reboot);
• I configured the entities with iphonedetect that started working correctly.

I hoped that this way the problem would not occur again.

Instead, the first time I had to restart HassOS, the iphonedetect entities were no longer available and the integration itself was no longer present among those installed and configured.

I don't know what else to try.
