[NumberField] Add adornment

Add the possibility to have adornments in the number field, as it is possible on the TextField. It can be before the arrow buttons

@cjoecker The underlying Base UI NumberField component is open for you to customize, e.g. in your wrapping component you can make adornment props that apply adornments to the component structure.

Though in this demo the adornments are already used for the increment/decrement buttons:
