[pickers][StaticDateTimePicker] Minutes autoselected when picking hours on non-desktop screens

Steps to reproduce

No steps, I am only using StaticDateTimePicker

Current behavior

As you can see from the attached video, whenever I pick hour (and my cursor is at specicif position), view will be automatically swtiched to "minutes" (which is expected) and it picks value where the cursor is. This behaviour isn't on desktop, works fine there.

Expected behavior

I don't expect minutes to be selected immediately. I expect same bahaviour as on desktop

It works for me in Chrome with version 8.0.0-alpha.3 and 7.23.3 ... could you please run npx @mui/envinfo in your terminal and post the output here?

Ok, I still cannot reproduce it with the versions given.
Could you include your exact implementation that shows this behavior? You can use this codesandbox as a template. It already has the version you are using in your app as dependencies. Thanks! 🙇🏼

@nemanja-hallokarla could you update to the latest version and re-check if it is still a problem?
This problem should have been resolved with #15430 released on v7.23.1.
