Starting with 13.5.2 on Windows, closing the browser and reopening it regularly causes it to start with a completely blank tab without the usual Mullvad Browser branding and Developed in collaboration between the Tor Project and Mullvad VPN tagline, almost like something failed to load. When this happens, it very consistently takes about 10 seconds like something is 'stuck' somewhere. Using the 'New identity' button seems to jolt it back to life but that feels like a band aid.

I have restarted Mullvad Browser 13.5.7 20 times in quick succession, but I haven't been able to reproduce.

Which OS are you using?

Ca you try to reproduce with the latest alpha as well? https://github.com/mullvad/mullvad-browser/releases/tag/14.0a9

Updated Windows 10 with the latest version of the browser.

Never installed an alpha. Will this have any effect on my current install which is a portable from pre 13.5?

Alphas are completely separate from the stable branch, as they live in different namespace and have different folders.

Seems it might be fixed in the alpha, standalone install. I have not yet tested if it remains the same after using it to browse though.

I keep getting Could not determine DNS servers though. Conflict with the non-alpha install or something else?

This is completely unrelated, it's from the extension.
