wait option works poorly

• I know this is an issue with the app, and contacting Mullvad support is not relevant.

I have checked if others have reported this already

Current Behavior

the wait option with connect and disconnect works poorly, in that it completes when tool is connected/disconnected, but before the IP address is corrected, so if you try something like this

mullvad connect -w

and immediately try to make a request it will often fail because the new IP has not been assigned yet
