Windows recovery executables check addresses and then closes

I was testing out recovery-tool-windows32.exe and recovery-tool-windows64.exe.

I was able to run till 100000+ addresses checked, and the relevant sats found.

However, the application quits by itself before proceeding to the next step.

Hi @GeetHarb, are you getting any kind of output just before it quits? If so, can you share it with us? (Take care to avoid any sensitive information!).

I also have the same problem. is running to the closing sequence program address. exit

Same here. On rare occasion it does go past the scanning phase.

EDIT: ah it seems it's either obsolete or currently down electrum server (rbx.curalle.ovh). And it's probably one of several, that's why the recovery tool works sometimes.

Buenas tardes estaba probando recovery-tool-windows64.exe, y solo pude ejecutar 6, y después de ahí intenté hacer otros más y el programa por sí solo se cierra y no termina de pasar al siguiente paso
