Add function to re-run calculations #8
Description
We may decide to re-run our spectral measurements using the same feature boundaries but new hyper-parameters or a new code base (e.g., in the case of bug fixes). This should not require rerunning the entire graphical inspection process for identifying feature bounds.
Add functionality to rerun the feature measurements using pre-tabulated feature boundaries.
