docs: enable hosted docs for all languages

In order to improve documentation and visibility we want to use hosted & standard ways for each language to make them available.

Swift

For swift, using swift package seems the way to go.

There is jsr.io, which has support for typescript & jsdoc based documentation, but using the deno docs command this doesn't seem to work with our current setup.
It would also mean we have to publish to jsr.io, which would be quite a bit of additional work, if even possible.

Hey, thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. In Kotlin I would recommend using Dokka for generating the documentation as a static website (similar to how cargo doc works) and then if possible just hosting that on your end. I am not aware of any Kotlin package repositories (a quick internet search also did not show up any, so I think this is correct).

You can check out the Dokka documentation which also has links to some libraries that use it, so you can get a feel for what it will look like.
