ALL Code Nodes are hanging

Describe the problem/error/question

All of the sudden, all of my code nodes are hanging. Nodes that have been working continuously, and tested extensively, are now hanging.

We were a few updates behind and I thought it might be that we need to update our version- we updated and the problem is also [hanging] around.

I don't want troubleshooting tips- my code works. I want to know, what is going on with N8N that now my code nodes don't work? Because it's not the code.

What is the error message (if any)?

No error message- code node hangs indefinitely

Please share your workflow/screenshots/recording

I am not going to record a node endlessly running. Imagine this, your workflow is running, flowing beautifully. Then, it reaches your first code node and has an endless spinning circular arrow that never ends. A node that should run for only a briel moment before moving on to downstream nodes.

Is this only happening when testing workflows or when doing production executions as well?

There have been a few reports of this recently and I suspect this is actually client related possibly down to a browser or extension.

This is happening with both test and production executions. I noticed when making updates to an already built workflow (that had worked before) and it hung on the first code node during a test execution. Then confirmed with several other test executions. The most important workflow I have in production also stalled when hitting it's first code node- but it only runs on Fridays. Looks like this only errored like this last Friday. Jon I checked my browser for updates (I was updated) but also cleared my cookies for the site and it looks like I got one workflow to move forward. I'm not in tomorrow and just leaving for the day now, but have more work to do in N8N later this week so will let you know if I have any other issues.
