How to exclude sensors from microwave?

I set up my microwave in the thinq plugin and it exposes 21 different accessories to HomeKit. I only want the light and fan to be available. I messed around with the json a bit but couldn't get something like "microwave_power": false to work or "excludedevices": in the way I have stuff filtered out in the Alexa plugin.
What is the correct syntax for each of the 21 sensors and can they be hidden/exposed with a simple true/false?
