Is there any way to change the screenton(size)? I tried to figure out the code, but it didn't work out very well....

I am not sure which class of question you are asking, though,

If it's about current upscaling process(web service or software), there is currently no such feature.

If it's about training data generation, go to https://github.com/nagadomi/nunif

If it is general technical topic, it is possible to train to specify the size with prompt. Or screentones can be converted to grayscale and then reconverted to halftone.

My goal is to reduce/change the type of screentone or remove it entirely.

As I understand, this requires retraining the model, correct? (The model's quality itself is excellent; it's just about the screentone).

I wanted to achieve this using Python for the current web version.

Clip Studio has ML model that converts screentones to grayscale and removes screentones.

It was developed in 2018.

Maybe just train image pair data created by halftone conversion(requires keep outlines) from grayscale images.
