Hyperlink Color issue on Chrome

After click in Chrome the hyper-link color reverts to A tag blue in Chrome rather than teal. Found by Lily

Even after adding code as per the last commit it doesn't solve the issue, I am guessing there is a base style somewhere in Foundation CSS. Might need to wait until Scaffold CSS replaces Foundation CSS
